About Me
I grew up in Syracuse, New York where I read, and then re-read, everything I could get my hands on. I went on to graduate from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Communications and English before getting a Masters Degree in Communications and Education from Columbia University, Teacher's College.
I am very active in SCBWI, and am on the steering committee of the Metro NY chapter.
When I'm not writing, I work as a consultant for children's television and toy companies. I started out my career in 1995 at Sesame Street and now consult for many different companies, including Nickelodeon, Disney, and LEGO.
I live in New York City which is an amazing city for anyone, but especially for a writer.
